At SEO Specialist, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure our customers receive exactly what they ordered, in perfect condition. If you receive a defective item, we’re here to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the case of defective item. A delivery is considered as such if it does not function as advertised, or it contains missing components necessary for operation and use. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or items that have been altered or used.
Return Process
To initiate a return for a defective item, please follow these steps. Contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your item. Email: contact@seospecialist.ma. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the defect. Our support team will review your case and may request additional information. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions or, where applicable, offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds & Replacements
Once we receive and inspect the return request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. In case of refunds, we will be discussing the method of payment. Replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
If the return is approved, we will cover the shipping costs for defective items worldwide. You may be asked to use a prepaid label or to return the item and be reimbursed.
Important Notes
All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned as delivered, without being altered or used.
